Why I Can Help
Everything happens for a reason, and thru an excruciatingly bad experience with a local robot integrator, I found that I was the only one that could save the project that I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on. Keep reading, it gets better.
In 2019, I was in the middle of obtaining my degree with TCU in the EMBA program. We were on our Travel Abroad portion of the schooling, and at the end of that trip, I found myself in the KUKA Robotics Headquarters in Hungary. I felt at home, and was incredibly inspired by the facility and robot demos that we saw. The company that I own is a cattle equipment manufacturing company, and I had been dreaming of automation since the beginning.
When I got home to Texas from that trip, I immediately contacted the individual that I met overseas and begun the process of finding out how I could purchase, integrate and utilize one of their robotic welders to expand our product line. It was exciting to know that I could make this happen for Chute Help. I was put in touch with an Integrator in North Texas, and was excited to begin the journey with him to build the tooling and make my dreams come alive.
Long story short, the robot is everything I dreamed of and more, but the Integrator really did a terrible job from start to finish. This experience with the Integrator forced me to learn how to do it myself...trial by fire, and I passed. With the wealth of experience and the contacts that I have gained throughout this process, I am now able to be your Integrator.
I have partnered with Josh Martinez of Derly Design and Charles Adams of KUKA to create a company, called Bot Bros Co. that will help beginners with their journey in to automated welding.
